Open-source licenses

ClipMenu 2 bundles open-source software. The licenses and copyright notices of those components are reproduced here in full, as those licenses require. ClipMenu 2 itself is released under the MIT License.

The four JavaScript libraries below ship in every build. Sparkle ships only in the Developer ID build downloaded from GitHub or Homebrew; the Mac App Store build ships no updater and embeds no third-party framework.

Sparkle MIT

The updater framework, embedded in the app bundle as Contents/Frameworks/Sparkle.framework. It reaches ClipMenu 2 through DragonKit's DragonKitUpdates product rather than as a direct dependency. Sparkle's own notice covers the bsdiff, sais-lite, Ed25519 and signature-verification sources bundled inside it. Sparkle ships in the Developer ID build only — the Mac App Store build of ClipMenu 2 contains no updater and embeds no third-party framework. It still links DragonKit, whose notice is below.

A JavaScript port of Markdown, behind the “Convert Markdown to HTML” action (Resources/script/lib/showdown.js). Its own header declares a BSD-style license without naming an SPDX identifier, so it is listed as the header words it.
